Support
Help for accounts, tips, refunds, and payout setup.
If something does not look right, start here. Drop a Tip support can help with account access and app issues. Stripe may handle parts of identity verification, payment review, and payout timing.

Contact support
Email [email protected] with the email on your account, your tip page link, and a short description of the issue.
For payment questions, include the approximate payment date, amount, and the name shown on the tip page. Do not send card numbers, bank numbers, passwords, or identity documents by email.
Payout setup
If your page says tips are unavailable, your Stripe account may not be fully connected or enabled for payments yet.
Open Settings, then Payments, and continue Stripe setup. Stripe may ask for identity, business, tax, or bank information before tips and payouts are available.
Refunds
If you need to refund a tip you received, use your dashboard refund action when available or contact support with the tip details.
Refund timing can vary by payment method and bank. Some Stripe or card network fees may not be returned depending on the payment state and provider rules.
Disputes
A dispute or chargeback happens when a cardholder challenges a payment with their bank or card issuer.
If a dispute appears, respond quickly and provide clear context. Stripe and the card networks determine dispute timelines and outcomes.
Account access
If Google sign-in or email login fails, confirm you are using the same email address you used to create the account.
If you believe someone else has access to your account, contact support immediately and update your connected provider or password where applicable.
Public tip pages
You can update your name, job, bio, profile photo, and tip page slug from Settings.
If your QR code or tip link points to an old slug, download a fresh QR code from the dashboard after changing your public URL.
Support is handled by Drop a Tip for app and account questions. Stripe may provide separate notices or dashboard actions for connected account verification, payouts, refunds, and disputes.
